About CCB
| Coast Center Base (CCB) is located at Ågotnes in Fjell Municipality, only 20 minutes drive from Bergen city center. The company was established in 1973 and has since expanded and evolved within the petroleum service and supply sector, as well as technical maintenance and harbour logistics. The base has a total area of 600 da, 800 m quays with depths ranging from 20 to 50 m, and no weights limits, 45 000 m² warehouses and storage facilities, and 20 000m² office areas. CCB is the main supply base for oil and gas fields in the Tampen area of the North Sea. These are Statfjord, Gullfaks, Veslefrikk, Troll, Huldra and Kvitebjørn. |

Owners
Coast Center Base AS is owned jointly by Bernh. Larsen Holding AS (50 %) and NorSea Group AS (50 %).
Ideal Location
CCB is located in the Hjeltefjorden basin by the seaward approach to Bergen. There is only a short distance to Stura, Kollsnes and Hanøytangen.
Bergen city center, Flesland airport and the industrial estates at Kokstad and Sandsli might be reached by car within 30-40 minutes. CCBs location within the proximity of these industrial estates makes the base a natural choice of location for businesses within the petroleum and maritime sectors in Hordaland County.
Supply Base
CCB offers a flexible and efficient terminal where customers are provided with a complete range of logistic services. The terminal is manned with well qualified personnel within the various logistical disciplines, there is 800 m of deep water quays, project facilities and a terminal with RO-RO quay. With our modern transport equipment we may handle all kinds of goods and we facilitate storage both indoors and outdoors. Services such as ships- and customs clearance, forwarding and transport are offered at the base.
Maintenance Center
The unique harbour may facilitate for the latest generation of semi submersible drilling rigs. Ships up to 220.000 dwt have called at the quay. Our services include special periodic surveys (SPS) and maintenance. In cooperation with our supplier network we may offer an efficient shore stay at competitive prices.
Subsea- and Competence Center
Today, Ågotnes has the largest cluster of key subsea players with operations in the North Sea. These are the major producers of equipment and services within this field. Additionally, Bergen University College (HIB) has established a unique training programme for students within subsea technology at the base.
Ågotnes Industrial Estate
CCB is the locomotive of the Ågotnes Industrial Estate. 130 companies with more than 1600 employees have chosen this location for their activities. More than half of these companies are located at the base (68 companies / 900 employees).
Ågotnes Næringspark
The company’s objective is to encourage to business development in the Ågotnes Industrial Estate. The company is located at the vicinity of the CCB-base. The company is owned jointly by Coast Center Base and Ågotnes Industripark. It holds 130 decares lands for industrial purposes, of which 45 decares has been developed.

Helgelandsbase
Helgelandsbase is located in Sandnessjøen and provide services to the petroleum fields in the Norwegian Sea. Helgelandsbase is the main base for the Norne field. In addition oil companies are serviced in conjunction with exploration activities between N 65’’ 30’ and N 68’’. Coast Center Base has a 51 % ownership to the shares in Helgelandsbase AS.

Kirkenesbase AS
Kirkenesbase AS was established in 2006. The localisation is favourable to oil companies and service companies with activities to the north-east of the Barents Sea. Coast Center Base has a 51 % ownership to the shares in KirkenesBase AS. The remaining equal owners are Barlindhaug and Kimek.
